Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms govern the use of the MediaPixs platform (dashboard, booth, Print Station and related services) by professionals who use it for their events. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The platform is operated by [company name], [legal form], registered in Israel under number [company / VAT number], with its registered office at [address] ("MediaPixs", "we").

Contact: contact@mediapixs.net.

The "Client" or "you" means the person or company that opens an account. The platform is for business use only and is not intended for consumers.

2. The service

MediaPixs provides online software to run photo booths: photo and video experiences, AI creations, printing, gallery, sharing and guest contact collection.

Hardware (iPads, printers, consumables, internet connection) is not provided and remains your responsibility.

3. Account and devices

  • You provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed taken by you.
  • Booth iPads and Print Stations are linked to your account with a 6-digit code. You can remove them at any time from the "Devices" page. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
  • Only the account owner can manage the subscription and payments.

4. Free trial

A new account gets a 14-day free trial, limited to 100 creations, with no credit card. At the end of the trial, the account moves to the free Discovery plan: the classic Photo Booth stays available without limit, with the MediaPixs mention, on one iPad; artificial intelligence experiences require a paid plan. Your events and data remain accessible.

5. Plans, creations and top-ups

Each plan includes a number of creations per month and a number of booth iPads, shown on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. A "creation" is one result delivered to a guest (card, photo, figurine, coloring page…), regardless of the number of technical operations involved. Runs marked as "test" are not counted.

Unused creations do not roll over to the next month. Extra creations (top-ups, event pass) are added to the plan and only used once it is exhausted. [Top-up validity: 12 months — to be confirmed.]

When the monthly allowance is reached, a 10% margin (at least 25 creations) remains available so an ongoing event is not interrupted; it is deducted at the next renewal. Beyond that, the booth stops producing creations until a top-up or the next month.

The monthly counter is visible at any time in your dashboard.

6. Prices, payment and cancellation

  • Prices are those shown on the Pricing page on the day of subscription, in shekels, VAT included. Prices in US dollars on the English version exclude local taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. MediaPixs does not store your card numbers.
  • The subscription is monthly and renews automatically each month on the anniversary date. Top-ups and passes are paid at purchase.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries the invoice for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription is stopped and the booth stops producing creations.
  • You can change plan or cancel at any time from "Manage subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. Unless required by law, amounts paid are not refunded pro rata.
  • We may change our prices for the future with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before they take effect.

7. Your obligations towards guests

You organize the events and decide how guests' photos and data are used. Accordingly, you agree to:

  • inform guests, visibly on site, that they are being photographed, that images are transformed by artificial intelligence, and how photos and contact details will be used;
  • obtain guests' explicit consent before using Find Me (photo search by facial recognition), and a parent's consent for minors;
  • collect phone numbers and email addresses only to send what the guest asked for, or with their explicit consent for any other use (including marketing);
  • comply with privacy and data protection laws in the countries where you operate;
  • handle guests' requests (access, deletion); we help you on request.

8. Content and prohibited uses

You are responsible for the content you add (logos, frames, texts, instructions given to the AI) and its lawfulness. You may not use the platform to:

  • produce unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent or sexual content, or content that harms a person's dignity;
  • imitate a real person in a misleading way or without their consent, or present a generated image as a real photo;
  • use trademarks, logos, characters or designs owned by third parties without the necessary rights (clubs, leagues, cartoon licenses, etc.);
  • circumvent plan limits, resell access or share one account between several businesses;
  • attempt to access another client's data or disrupt the service.

Experiences that place a guest next to a celebrity (such as StarPixs) produce AI-generated images, labeled as such. They are intended as private souvenirs; any advertising or commercial use of these images is your sole responsibility.

9. AI creations

Creations are produced by third-party artificial intelligence models. Results may vary, contain imperfections or not exactly match the request. MediaPixs does not guarantee any particular result and recommends reviewing creations before any public use.

10. Intellectual property

  • The platform, its code, experiences, templates and design belong to MediaPixs. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription.
  • You remain the owner of your content. You authorize us to host and process it solely to provide the service.
  • Unless you agree in writing, we do not use your guests' photos to train AI models or for our own promotion.

11. Personal data

For your account data, MediaPixs is the controller. For your guests' data (photos, creations, contact details, faces indexed by Find Me), you are the controller and MediaPixs acts as a processor on your instructions.

As a processor, MediaPixs undertakes to: process this data only to provide the service; protect it with appropriate security measures; give access only to staff and providers who need it and are bound by confidentiality; notify you without undue delay of any data breach; help you answer guests' requests; delete or return the data at the end of the contract.

The providers we use and retention periods are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Service availability

We do our best to keep the platform available and reliable, especially during events. The service nevertheless depends on the internet, your hardware and third-party providers: we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance is scheduled outside event hours whenever possible and announced in advance.

We may evolve the platform (adding, changing or removing features) without substantially reducing what your current plan includes.

13. Liability

  • MediaPixs is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers or reputation), nor for failures of your hardware, connection or third-party providers.
  • In any event, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • You indemnify MediaPixs against any third-party claim (guest, rights holder) related to your content or your use of the platform.

14. Suspension and termination

In case of serious breach of these terms (unlawful content, fraud, non-payment), we may suspend the account after notifying you, except in emergencies. At the end of the contract, your data remains retrievable for 30 days and is then deleted, except where retention is required by law (invoices).

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Any material change is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you do not accept it, you may cancel before that date.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Tel Aviv — to be confirmed]. The Hebrew, French and English versions have equal value; in case of discrepancy, [the Hebrew version — to be confirmed] prevails.
